Health Outcomes

The biological and social overlap when evaluating health outcomes of EDC exposure during preganncy. We choose to look at health outcomes from a life course perspective, holistically portraying the impact of chemical exposure from the mother's reproductive health to the development of the offspring in utero until childhood. When analyzing personal care product exposure, we highlight how black communities are disproportionately affected due to entrenched ideologies of racism and values placed on Eurocentric beauty standards.
